About the Roles:

We are currently seeking Centre Directors for the following locations:

  • Wellard
  • Osborne Park
  • Kalgoorlie
  • Baldivis
  • Yokine


Our services boast a robust, comprehensive play-based learning curriculum supported by state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor play areas and well-equipped internal rooms with age-appropriate technology and abundant resources.

We believe in engaging with the local community to introduce children to diverse learning experiences and foster empathy and comfort.


The Must-Haves:

To excel in these roles, you must possess:

  • A minimum Diploma Qualification in Children's Services approved by ACECQA
  • Proof of ACECQA assessment for overseas qualifications or equivalencies
  • Adaptability, flexibility, resilience, and exceptional communication skills
  • Prior leadership experience in an Early Childhood service (with children aged 05)
  • A current WA Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management
  • Certificate, or the willingness to obtain them
  • A collaborative management style
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Medical fitness to work in a childcare environment
