If you are an experienced Senior Accountant and are looking to progress to Manager but aren't quite there yet, this position is ideal for you

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Manager in Business Services & Tax to join a well-established and well-structured accounting practice in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane.

The firm offer ongoing professional development by way of regular training and exposure to a broad base of clients where you will continue to grow on a technical level.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Mentoring and training junior accounting staff
  • Workflow management
  • Hands on management of complex client groups
  • Reviewing work of junior accountants
  • Business advisory and taxation planning for clients

Skills & Experience

  • CA/CPA qualification
  • At least 6 years' public practice accounting experience
  • Previous exposure to staff supervision advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for helping clients
  • Willingness to continue learning and developing
