Major Projects Canberra (MPC) is looking for individuals interested in a role that could last for a period of up to six months. The selected candidate will become part of the MPC Communications and Engagement Team.

As part of this role, you will enhance content on various digital platforms, craft messages, capture event moments through photography, create short videos, and develop a variety of digital materials.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is collaborative and has a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be eager to push their limits and evolve within this dynamic position.

You will be working within a small team dedicated to supporting MPC's initiatives and fostering a culture of collaboration and support.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or a minimum of 3 years' professional experience in communications, multimedia content production, public relations, marketing, or strategic communications is preferred.
  • Proficiency in graphic design would be an advantage.

Notes: This is a temporary role that is currently open for a duration of up to six months. A Merit Pool will be created as a result of this selection process, which will be used to fill positions over the next 12 months. Selection criteria may solely be based on applications and referee feedback. This position is exclusively available to ACT Government staff members.
