Job Description:

Dimensional is a leading global investment firm that has been translating academic research into practical investment solutions since 1981. Guided by a strong belief in markets, we help investors pursue higher expected returns through a systematic investment process that integrates research insights with advanced portfolio design, management, and trading while balancing tradeoffs that can impact returns. Dimensional is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and has 15 global offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. As of December 31, 2023, Dimensional manages $677 billion for investors worldwide.

The Client Reporting Team services all of Dimensional's sales channels across the globe by providing a broad suite of highly customized reports along with a suite of standardized solutions. These reports include due diligence questionnaires, reconciliations and requests for information to meet our clients reoccurring reporting needs. To complete this high volume of deliverables, the team provides end-to-end managed solutions with internal report generation tools and a secure website, which provides additional tools to elevate the client experience. We work with nearly all teams across the firm to compile data that the clients require , package it in a user friendly format, and distribute for consumption.

This position will be responsible for supporting the client services teams to build, maintain and strengthen our global client relationships. With proven success, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, prospects and intermediaries to develop and expand personal and professional relationships.

This role can be based in our Sydney or Melbourne office.

Responsibilities:

Generate a large volume of standard and custom weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to clients, consultants and service providers.

Provide quality control for client reports and requests and support day-to-day activities.

Investigate and address client inquiries with support/oversight from senior staff by evaluating client-specific circumstances and collaborating across departments to formulate responses; communicat ing your findings to senior staff

Deliver and maintain data integrity with intermediaries, data vendors and research houses

Prepare materials used by Portfolio Management, Global Client Group , Marketing . and Presentations

Develop a robust understanding of Dimensional's investment philosophy and process

Seek opportunities for professional development

Qualifications:

Ba chelor's degree with strong academic record

1+ year of relevant work or industry experience preferred

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Display extreme attention to detail while maintaining a focus on client deadlines

Team oriented – ability to apply analytical and decision-making skills in a global collaborative environment

Self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

P roficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new programs
