We are growing and expanding which has led to an exciting opportunity within our Services Support Centre, we are looking for an experienced
Rostering Coordinator to work within our Dynamic Team.


This is a hands-on role where you will be the first point of contact for rostering queries whilst using your problem solving and time management skills along with your strong attention to detail to ensure all shifts are filled.

You are a people person with excellent customer service and administration skills.

Your high level of written and oral communication skills will ensure you work collaboratively whilst developing and maintaining relationships with the various stakeholders of our business.


This role is 100% office based; our Redfern Services Support Centre is a convenient location and short walk from public transport.

  • Rotating roster including weekdays and weekends
  • Maintaining and scheduling rosters according to contractual requirements
  • Maintain and update Orchestrator (rostering platform) and related systems
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • General Administration support

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a rostering position
  • High level of written and oral communications skills, with a confident, personable and professional manner
  • Ability to multitask and assist across the rostering department
  • Good organizational skills and proven ability to establish priorities, manage tasks and meet competing deadlines whilst maintaining attention to accuracy and detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Security Licence is favourable but not mandatory
