The Workforce Management Team is responsible for working across all areas of the business to ensure workflow is being managed, processes are effective and staffing levels are sufficient.

Besides BAU activities, you will be heavily involved in projects, focusing on reviewing & analyzing portfolio data and operational processes to drive efficiencies.


Based in Macquarie Park, there is plenty of parking for staff, they are located close to public transport and they provide staff with the opportunity to take up WFH flexibility.


The Job.
Reporting through to the Workforce Planning Manager, and working closely with the COO, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Working with management to develop analytics to support better outcomes for customers
  • Develop and implement Month End Performance Reporting for the Customer Solutions Division, Operational Reporting for the Retail Operations Division and portfolio reporting for the overall business
  • Working closely with the broader business, develop and implement workflow changes
  • Provide real time analytics to heads of department
  • Identify risks and work with various stakeholders to implement process improvements.
  • Working with management to review volumes, forecast volumes and coordinate workforce planning.

You.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience working within workforce planning in the financial services sector OR a recent graduate with exposure to analytics.
  • Experience within workforce planning across customer solutions and lending is advantageous.
  • Experience working within asset finance is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to back up the decisionmaking process.
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail along with the ability to work in a high energy, fast paced business environment.
