Your role

As the Senior Technical Analyst AVL, you will be responsible for maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance, management, and support of complex Audio-Visual systems.

What you'll do

Working with both project delivery and operations teams. You will be able to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines. You will be responsible for creating and maintain documentation as well as creating reports to support business functionality and to monitor, analyse and report on system performance. You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing conflicting and/or concurrent hardware upgrade, and/or refresh projects and programs
  • Developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of multiple, complex platforms and technologies to enable effective integration and utilisation of enterprise applications and services
  • Balancing multiple high priority demands between Business as Usual workload and staff assignment request for priority projects that require environment knowledge.
  • Designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that adhere to current architecture standards in order to support the systems and services used by the organisation.
  • Determining the extent to which solutions perform "as required" within the current environment to ensure that future solutions meet anticipated demand
  • Ensuring that installations are completed to time, cost and quality, to minimise operational and project risk and ensure costs are contained.
  • Supporting the Technical Administrator in developing and designing the control interface for DCJ Audio and Video systems.

What we're looking for

  • Four years prior experience with installations of audio and video systems preferred
  • Prior experience working with Cisco, Extron, Crestron QSC and Epiphan audio and video equipment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license to travel to and from DCJ workplaces for on-site customer engagement.
