The Opportunity


Mineral Resources is currently seeking highly experienced Early Childhood Educators on a fulltime or casual basis located at our new state of the art childcare facility.

Here at MinRes, we take employee wellbeing seriously; and as part of that we have developed a childcare centre which makes life easier for parents/guardians in our MinRes workforce.

Our childcare service is a benefit for our employees; therefore, our sole focus is fostering the wellbeing and development of our NextGen children.


Reporting through to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for providing care and education to our MinRes next generation of children.


This will include but not be limited to:

  • Adherence to Child Care Centre's policies, procedures and curriculum
  • Supervision of children aged 12 weeks to 12 years
  • Organization and clean up of educational activities
  • Providing effective and open communication with parents, caregivers, staff and children in a positive manner

Your experience and Skills:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Childcare or educational Environment
  • Current satisfactory Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current First Aid Certificate ( Highly desirable, Not essential)
  • An energetic and creative individual with a passion for working with children
  • Friendly and polite with the ability to work well within an inclusive team
