Your New Practice

The practice's vision is to continually evolve how they help more clients in better and more effective ways with a passion about helping their clients and supporting the current and upcoming generations of clinicians in private practice.

You will be supported by a strong administrative team to ensure your clients receive excellent customer service.

We provide a full-time administration team who support you through your workdays and provide your clients with a high level of care every time they contact the practice. Plus, we provide seamless and streamlined procedures to assist you in transferring from your previous position to a member of our team.

Your Profile

About

To succeed in this role, you will desire to work in a team environment where each member gives as much as they get. In addition, you will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of the clients you support and committed to your professional growth and development. As well as this, you will have:
  • Registered with AHPRA (or due for registration in the next three months);
  • Overseas applicants are considered for the role, and on-the-job training is available to up-skill. Ideally, you will have a clinical master's degree, have completed a skills assessment in terms of AHPRA requirements, and need only to complete a three-month provisional period. You would also be willing to write the National Psychology Examination;
  • A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and a National Criminal Record Check clearance certificate; or the willingness to obtain these documents;
  • Eligibility for registration to provide services under Medicare.

Your Remuneration Package

If both you and them agree that you are a great fit for their team, then you will be made an offer based on your skills and years of relevant experience.

As a general rule, Base Salary Rates for Employees range between $75,000 and $100,000 per annum, which is SIGNIFICANTLY ABOVE Award. (If you choose to work as an Independent Contractor, then your earning potential will range from $120,000 to $140,000 per annum).

In addition to your Base Rate and other benefits already listed above, you will receive the following:
  • Superannuation of 10.5%
  • Four Weeks Annual Leave (Full Time Equivalent)
  • Two Weeks Sick/Personal Leave (Full Time Equivalent)
  • All other Leave Entitlements as per the relevant National Law
  • A Continuing Professional Development Budget
  • An Electronic Devise for keeping Client Notes
