The Opportunity:
Drawing inspiration from the ruggedness of the Australian outback, CC's Bar and Grill is redefining the traditional steakhouse. Are you passionate about modern and contemporary food, getting creative and working in a vibrant bar and grill setting? We have the opportunity to welcome a progressive and forward-thinking Demi Chef to CC's Bar & Grill here at Crystalbrook Bailey. Unleash your culinary creativity and indulge your love for modern and contemporary cuisine as you join our team.

About You:
We're looking for a passionate demi chef with a proven track record in refined food preparation. You'll be a master of the grill with a keen eye for plating and presentation. Your dedication to sourcing local produce is a must, alongside a meticulous approach to maintaining high standards. Ideally, you have at least 12 months to contribute your talents to Cairns' vibrant culinary scene.

Beyond culinary expertise, you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll champion guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional dishes, fostering a collaborative work ethic, and ensuring a safe and efficient kitchen. Your technical skills and experience will shine through as you manage stock levels and navigate the demands of a high-functioning kitchen.
