Our client is a privately-owned award-winning company specialising in sustainable plastics and packaging manufacturing and have been successfully operating since 2011.
Due to recent acquisitions resulting in sustained company growth they are seeking an experienced customer service / internal sales professional for a newly created role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Customer Service and Administration who is task-focused, highly organised, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a dynamic team.
You will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders and have the opportunity to meet clients externally and put names to faces.
The key skills and attributes to be successful in this role include:- Customer centric care with a proactive approach.
- Develop relationships with customers through problem solving.
- Confidence in troubleshooting and investigating
- Helping develop a score card to measure customer service performance.
- System savvy and will assist in the establishment of a new system.
- Can adapt quickly in a fastpaced environment and cope well under pressure.
- Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet and data entry skills.
- Excellent phone skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment with a positive attitude.
