Your day to day:

  • Reporting to the Hotel Manager
  • Working closely with our Hotel Managers
  • Champion the full onboarding and ongoing training of our Housekeepers
  • Conduct audits on hotel back of house areas, including chemical stock, MSD sheets, training of chemical use, equipment stock.
  • Report Hazards, near misses and accidents at the workplace immediately to the Hotel Manager and complete Incident Reports according to procedures and requirements.
  • Monitor and report labour costs and productivity output according to business demands.
  • Monitoring cleanliness standards of rooms and common areas by conducting daily inspections
You'll need to be experienced in Housekeeping and have excellent team management skills, flexibility, and drive.
