Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Through your own passion for sports you share your tips and experience with users and through our hands-on product training you are able to give the best technical advice for the sports in your dedicated department.
Ensuring your customers are "delighted or delighted"-
Profit and Loss management:
Complete accountability for your department's PnL account, you act with an entrepreneurial spirit when taking business decisions and rostering teammates.
-Duty Management:
Taking on the responsibility to share in a rotating floor supervising role (captain shifts), Prioritising and managing the floor alongside your department.
-Stock Management:
guarantee the availability of stock in your department, ensuring you have the right stock at the right time.

Recruiting new Talent:
You will help the company build a talent pipeline for future expansion, and you recruit team members who are better than you are.
-Training & Development of Teammates:
training and developing energetic sports advisors through down-to-earth management
