Join the Anglicare NSW team in this full-time role as our Administration and Bookings Officer
In this role, you will be responsible for the orientation and enrolment of all new
families. Effectively managing the online waitlist, conducting service tours, and enrolling families based on compliance requirements.
You will liaise with third parties to organise applicable funding for vulnerable families and children and support operational compliance regarding the children's records and files.
This will suit a person who is process driven and has a high attention to detail, but more importantly, it will be your ability to easily engage and communicate with people from all walks of life.
What do you need?
- A certificate III or Diploma in children's service is welcome but not essential
- Experience in providing administrative support, and
- Experience in working with children and their families, although no essential
- A great understanding of the Microsoft suite and the ability to navigate filing systems and follow written instructions
