Reporting to the customer service manager, your role will invoice being the go-to person for the business when it comes to customer care

This could look like:

  • Answering the general line as required
  • Processing returns as required
  • Generating basic excel reporting on customer data


This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, however there will be opportunity to move into other areas of the business long term.


The Successful Applicant:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft suite
  • A customercentric mindset
  • Great organisational skills
  • The ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • Have a positive attitude that is both a good listener and solutions provider
