Based at our beautiful 50- hectare Mount Rowan Farm Campus, you'll oversee diverse agricultural enterprises, including livestock, horticulture, pasture, and crop rotation.

You'll also contribute to our educational purpose by teaching or working alongside educators to deliver programs to students. In this exciting role, you'll be part of the team developing our new 224-hectare Grampians property. This site will feature a residential complex, offering rich opportunities for environmental, outdoor, and agricultural education. You'll inspire students through farm stays, service opportunities, and immersive natural experiences.

As Director of Agriculture, you'll drive the strategic vision, implement innovative technologies, and foster valuable partnerships, enhancing learning for students from Year 4 to VCE and VET levels.
