We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Customer Service Officer at our **Sydney CBD location.


As a Customer Service Officer, **you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to handle incoming inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant team members.
  • Handle and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve service processes and procedures
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.

Australian Citizenship is mandatory

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
