ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a unique Australian listed investment company and require a resourceful Marketing & Office Manager to join a high profile purpose driven organisation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Operations, you will be responsible for a broad range of office administration tasks and marketing activities across a variety of channels with opportunity to grow.
You will be a highly organised professional who takes initiative, is up for a challenge and has a can-do attitude.
You will have the ability to work efficiently, flexibly and autonomously in a small team.KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities for the company and annual conference;
- Prepare and format key documents in line with company brand;
- Maintain website and regularly update content following SEO best practices;
- Execute social media strategy including scheduling content consistently, analytics and social listening;
- Support the accounting function with bookkeeping and accounts payable activities;
- Assist the team with IT troubleshooting with the support of an external IT consultant;
- Provide support for the team and Board as required; calendar management, organise and prepare for meetings and coordination of communications when required;
- Relationship management with service providers
- Building management, Marketing support, Payroll and Secretarial services;
- Coordination of external events including the Annual General Meeting.

- Can work autonomously and flexibly to proactively support a small team;
- Are warm and friendly, with a cando attitude, are trustworthy and can work with discretion;
- Hungry to learn and take on new challenges;
- Be proficient at managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities;
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; can build rapport and effective working relationships with team members and external stakeholders
- Must be proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a basic understanding of CMS and CRM systems;
- Good design instincts and visual eye; basic experience in graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite;
- It will be beneficial to have some understanding of the Australian funds management industry.
