Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Managing and implementing highvalue programs
  • Collaboration and supporting coworkers
  • Developing trustful and respectful relationships with children
  • Building positive partnerships with families
  • Collaborate with open communication with the centre manager
  • Attending designated meetings and training

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or higher (ACECQA recognised)
-
MINIMUM of 1 year full-time experience in leading a room and overseeing the program in a long daycare setting.

  • Understanding and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • High level of observation and wellwritten ability in documentation
  • Proper understanding of Education and Care Regulations
  • Current WWCC
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
  • Full working rights in Australia (no restrictions)
