The Skilling and Employment Centre is a community initiative of Lendlease providing free support, advice and facilities to local jobseekers.

The Opportunity

One of our employment partners is currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Maintenance Gardener & Team Leader to come on board.


  • A Certificate III or IV in Horticulture OR a minimum of 3 years experience in plant and turf management.
  • Current up to date vaccination status.
  • A Manual Driver's Licence is required.

Duties will include:

  • Scheduling of works
  • Turf management
  • Direction of team members
  • Integrated pest management experience
  • Weed management
  • Plant and garden maintenance
Team Leaders will be provided a company vehicle and a mobile phone.

All successful applicants to receive $1000 signing bonus on completion of three months probation.
