We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team at our head office in Epping, Melbourne.

Joining our Customer Service team, you will collaborate to efficiently manage customer requests, support sales and operational goals, and work closely with key stakeholders.

In this role, you will focus on mastering our product processes through training and mentorship, gaining a deep understanding of our products and customer needs.

Responsibilities include:
  • Enter customer and business development orders into the Criterion CRM system
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls and process orders
  • Engage in professional email correspondence with clients
  • Address and resolve issues, coordinating with other departments when necessary

This role serves as an excellent entry point to a sales position where you will gain exposure to sales through customer interactions. We are seeking candidates who are eager to learn, adaptable, and possess the following qualities:

  • Numeracy: Comfortable with numbers and basic mathematical operations
