As our Workshop Supervisor at ARB Cairns, you will be responsible for leading and managing our workshop team to ensure the efficient and effective completion of 4x4 vehicle accessory installations and maintenance.


Your duties will include:

Supervising the fitting of a very broad range of automotive aftermarket accessories to a wide range of both off-road and recreational passenger and trade vehicles.

Final fitment inspections prior to delivery of vehicles back to the customer.


Ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and timely manner, with the greatest respect for our customers vehicles.


Working closely with our branch retail team, to ensure that all work is carried out on time, and to our customers expectations.

Organising regular in-service skill training for the fitting team.

Attending local Shows and Open days as required.


In doing all of the above, play a key role in helping the team achieve the stores customer satisfaction, revenue and profit targets.


The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the automotive or 4x4 accessory industry.

Relevant qualification in an automotive trade is highly regarded Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Technical proficiency in 4x4 vehicle accessory installations and maintenance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of ARB products and a passion for off-road vehicles is a plus.
