Our facilities managemetn team is renowned for providing top-quality service with a focus on wellbeing and providing healthy food choices to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • You will be working autonomously, managing the kitchen and responsible for cooking, food prep, cleaning, assisting with ordering, and more.
  • Fly-in and Fly-out from Toowoomba, on a 2-week on, 2-week off roster, in a drilling camp.
  • Serve the 45–50 residents/crew and any extra guests in the camps.
  • Liaise directly with the residents/crew and manage their queries and feedback.

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher issued in Australia (desired)
  • An open manual Drivers License (Car or Higher)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate (desired)
  • You must be an experienced chef/cook and confident in delivering each service independently while efficiently managing your time
