Our menu is an homage to the Sardinia Island.

All of the ingredients we use come from sustainable farms, hunters and fishermen around Australia, committed to provide superior ingredients in respect with Mother Nature.

Our menu changes frequently based on what is freshest at the time. We provide a variety of proteins, with a focus on fish, pork and lamb.

We collaborate with nearby farmers to showcase both the larger season and the smaller seasonal variations in order to highlight the best of what they have to offer.

Each meal contains a component that has been touched by the fire that we use to cook over.

What the waiter role involve:


The principle responsibility of this role is to oversee and ensure all are provided with the highest of service standards at all times.

This service begins with the initial welcome, through the entire sequence of service and concludes once all guests have been farewelled.

This position requires an employee to take direction from management, work in a professional and fast paced environment and communicate well with all guests and fellow employees.


  • Thorough understanding of all available food and beverage menu items.
  • Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery.
  • Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times.
  • Ability to manage a given section during service periods.

What the Bartender role involve:


We are searching for accomplished bartenders with proven experience working in quality driven venues, who have a passion for delivering exceptional bar service.


This role is suited to someone who is dedicated to the craft of bartending and wishes to build on their already excellent foundations.


  • Previous experience in working in a highvolume bar
  • Cocktail experience is essential
  • Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, memorable experiences
  • Be a positive and collaborative team player
  • Open to learning and ready for growth
  • Flexible availability, nights and weekends
  • Hold a current RSA

  • Experience in this role working in a quality establishment
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
  • Excellent customer service skills|
  • Good communication and organizational skills along with sound decision making
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
  • Have full Australian working rights
  • Available to work nights and weekends

Job Types:

Salary:
$ $36.00 per hour
