What’s the opportunity?

We are currently on the hunt for a Barista & Allrounder to join our West End team for 15 - 25 hours each week. Weekend availability is essential.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide the best in customer service, including greeting and serving customers and helping with the day-to-day tasks that help keep our café performing at its best.
- Continually push the quality benchmark of coffee served;
- Take orders, and deliver beverages in line with Veneziano Coffee Roasters (VCR) professional standards;
- Work with top-of-the-range equipment and coffee;
- Share knowledge and educate the customer regarding all thing's coffee through retail sales and demonstrations;
- Join a collaborative and supportive team where no task is too big or too small for anyone.

**About you**:
We'd love someone with at least a year of previous experience, preferably in specialty coffee, but what we truly want is someone with the right attitude.

The Café will be open 7 days; availability to work both weekend days is required with flexibility during the week.
