This national firm is respected for its depth of expertise, combined with a great culture. As a Senior Associate, you'll be involved in a wide range of E&R matters including:

Resources:

  • project development and financing
  • preparation and negotiation of complex agreements (exploration, production
  • operating/management, infrastructure, commodity sale and marketing)
  • joint ventures
  • acquisitions and divestments
  • corporate advisory and M&A

and

Renewable Energy

  • development, financing and property elements of wind farms, pumped hydro, solar farms, and battery storage projects
  • due diligence, drafting options to lease, leases, ground leases, options to purchase, financier deeds and managing the transaction to financial close
  • contracts of sale for pipeline and ancillary infrastructure and assets, advising on pipeline tenure and statutory rights; procurement contract negotiation and general corporate advisory

If you have experience in energy, mining, resources, planning & environment, corporate M&A, or projects, we'd love to hear from you. You must have at least 4 years PAE and be at or looking to progress to a Senior Associate position.

This firm is prepared to go well above market in terms of remuneration to secure the best, in addition to offering a realistically achievable bonus program.
