Turks are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Coordinator/ Systems & Programs Officer to join our high performing and award-winning firm within our Systems & Training team.


You will play an active role in the delivery of day to day systems and project support, implementing effective client reporting and document automation solutions through various systems, such as Caseflow Acumen, Hotdocs, iManage and Aderant Expert.


Working as part of the Systems & Training team, you will report in to a supportive Manager, taking a strong focus on your professional development and career goals.

You will be supported and encouraged to suggest process improvements, with the support required to execute solutions.

General Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities you will take ownership of include, but are not limited to:

  • assist in planning and driving progression of technology and system projects;
- general legal systems administration
- updating employee access to set systems;
- assist to develop and deliver training on systems to staff and customers; and
- provide a high level of service to internal customers.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • previous working experience in a similar systems and training role within a law firm environment, with project management experience and process improvement skills;
- advanced skills across Microsoft suite allowing you to effectively work with data and reports with a focus on high level formatting and presentation;
- ability to quickly learn new systems and motivated to improve your skills;
- highly developed problem-solving and time management skills;
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- well-developed interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate technical information to non-technical colleagues; and
- have excellent attention to detail, with a critical eye to office processes.

In addition, it is desirable that you have any experience using technologies such as:

  • Caseflow Acumen;
  • Aderant Expert;
  • Hotdocs Document Management; and
- iManage

  • Doc Assist
  • SQL query writing
