About the role

Situated in the lush greens of Terrey Hills, our Terrey Hills home houses four clients requiring some physical and emotional support.

We are looking for our next support superstar to be a pivotal team member in assisting our clients with quality medical care and being a part of the community.

This is a permanent part time position for 60 hours per fortnight. Additional work may be available as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients to live an active lifestyle and participate in their community through the delivery of a range of personcentred programs
  • Work to behaviour support plans by utilising positive behaviour strategies
  • Assist and support clients with personal and hygiene care
  • Communication with families about clients' progress
  • Household and manual handling tasks such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning
  • Maintenance of progress notes and recordkeeping
  • Ensure the home is a safe and nurturing environment

About You

We're after people that have a good heart, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of people with Disability.


We also need people who have:

  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts a day including early mornings, nightshift, dayshift, sleepovers, weekends and some public holidays
  • Current Australian drivers licence
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • NSW Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
  • High levels of enthusiasm and initiative while acting with integrity, honesty and respect
