**About the role**

As part of the Sales and Development team at Activ, **The Accommodation Specialist** is responsible for driving organisational growth and tailoring accommodation services to individual needs working closely with customers and their supporters to explore all the available options, including Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, and Individualised Living Options.

**A typical day in the role may look like **
- Utilising your NDIS funding knowledge matching potential and existing customers to a suite of options that will achieve excellent customer outcome
- Promote Activ's accommodation services managing a sales funnel of enquiries, facilitating positive customer experience
- Working with person-centred and culturally sensitive issues to deliver positive outcomes
- Provide support and guidance on relevant service standards and related legislation
- Previous experience in the disability sector with detailed knowledge of NDIS funding and practice standards regulations
- Demonstrated experience in successfully selling services to people living with a disability and their supporters with person-centred principles
- Experience working with family dynamics and culturally sensitive issues to deliver positive outcomes
- Proven understanding of relevant service standards and related legislation
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is essential.
- A valid "C" class WA Driver's Licence is required.
- WWCC (Working with Children Check)
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
