About the Role
Are you ready for the next step in your retail management career? We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Sheridan Miranda Boutique.
*This is a part-time, 28 hours, 4 days a week (Tues, Wed, Fri and Sat) role.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets.
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling.
- Maintain store operations including stock management and VM.
- Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal, however not necessary.
- You'll be eligible for monthly cash bonuses with our Retail Incentive Scheme.
