FCM Meetings & Events Account Manager

Our Sales & Account Management team is on the lookout for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney.

If you are ready to go that extra mile for our clients and strategically active in responding to their business needs across, meetings, events & travel, we would love to hear for you.


You will be growing and maintaining Meetings & Events' existing client base through a focus on new acquisition and advocacy referrals.

You will be collaborating with Meetings & Events peers, the wider FCTG network, and our industry partners to create a compelling & unique value proposition for every client.

You will be proactively leading a healthy MLR strategy to identify new business opportunities and increases share of wallet/service mix.


What you will be doing

  • Retain and grow incumbent client portfolio base to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Client Relationship Development / Multilevel Relationships
  • Identify, coordinate, & engage the necessary stakeholders to develop strategic client relationships
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Strategic Account Management portfolio plan, driving value for the client and ensuring growth for business overall
  • Build and present compelling, creative winning event solutions for our customers

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven record of building and maintaining longterm customer relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in building compelling proposals/presentations
  • Tertiary qualification in business or related field
