About the Role

Day-to-day you will have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Accurately measure and quote, following up clients to confirm the sale
  • Meet and liaise with clients in the showroom
  • Interact with clients to arrange and attend measure and quotes in the home environment
  • Attend weekly sales meetings

About You
We are looking for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and will delight customers at every interaction. The clientele at NCR are diverse so you need to be able to communicate with a wide variety of people and always be committed to amazing service and be looking for solutions

  • Be one of those rare people who can communicate with anyone.
  • Have an interest in design, have an eye for colour and detail
  • Love to use a tape measure, with attention to detail
  • Be techsavvy or have experience using a computer quoting system
  • Prior experience in window treatments/coverings desirable or retail sales
  • Have a current Drivers Licence
  • Bring your fun attitude and sense of humour to the team
