About the role:
Our Brisbane South Home & Community Service are currently looking for Home Care workers who reside in and around, Darra, Middle Park, Sherwood, Chelmer and Mount Ommaney areas.
Our Home Care workers provide personal care to our older clients within their homes.
You will enjoy the freedom of working in the Community, while developing meaningful relationships with those who you care for.
- Personal grooming and hygiene; assistance with medication reminders and general selfcare
- Transport assistance

To enable us to continue to provide high-quality, client-centered care we are looking for dedicated, reliable, and flexible workers.
- A practical understanding of hygiene assistance and commitment of care
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Disability Services or similar field
- National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
- Hepatitis B & Tetanus immunisations (or willingness to obtain)
- Queensland Driver Licence and your own, reliable vehicle
