About the Role

_ We're seeking a program manager to join our innovative Enabling Projects team_
The Program Manager will have responsibility for an exciting multi-year program of work to transform Manningham Council.

The position will lead a team in a complex environment, working with internal stakeholders and vendors, to ensure program deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and ensuring program benefits are realised.

ERP, HRIS, CRM implementation experience is highly desirable.

Skills and Experience

  • Significant demonstrated experience to deliver multiple complex programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience with all levels of an organisation.
  • Proven experience driving significant change in a heavily processdriven and changeadverse environment.
  • Experience creating a project management office, project management framework including benefits realisation.
  • Experience developing, leading and mentoring a high performing team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management certification, such as Diploma, CPPM, PRINCE2, or PMP or similar.
