Redpath Partners are delighted to be working in tandem with one of Australia's leading property development and funds management companies who are seeking a Soft Services Contract Manager to join their Sydney team.


You will be part of the national team working across all procurement activity and supply chain management for soft services across their national portfolio.


Working with the National Supply Chain Manager you will ensure that the procurement of good and services is in accordance with their strategic procurement plan.


If you have a procurement background or strong experience in facilities management and want to work for a leading developer, then this could be for you.


Key Responsibilities of the Soft Services Contract Manager:

  • Supporting the National Supply Chain Manager for the coordination of national and select regional procurement activity for soft services.
  • Working with the National Operations Manager and the State Operations Managers to manage stakeholder relationships for regional soft service contractors including regular meetings, KPI management and escalations.
  • Responsible for the negotiation and support the execution of contracts for goods and services.
  • Managing supplier onboarding and ensuring all due diligence requirements are met and documented.
  • Leveraging the supply chain and using own knowledge to provide insights on market trends, changes in legislation and new ways of working that could impact delivery.

The Individual:

years of experience working in procurement and contract management (ideally soft services)

  • Contract management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Facilities management experience ideal.
