The role:

  • Taking a holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals
  • Case management. Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.

Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance – no overtime, no outside of work hours work. Enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 3:30pm three days per week. If your work preference is for full-time hours, we have options available.

What will make you successful:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Nursing or Osteopathy
  • Strong clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
  • 12 months Occupational Rehabilitation experience is desirable
