As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your clinical reasoning skills to support ADF personnel who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury. This unique role offers meaningful and purposeful rewards. You will be part of the team that gets our military fully fit and ready to defend and protect Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Take a holistic care approach, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing.
- Perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers, and allied health professionals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans.
Our service delivery outcomes are measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), not billable hours. We prioritize a genuine person-centered focus and goal setting.
