As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your clinical reasoning skills to support ADF personnel who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury. Key Responsibilities
  • Take a holistic care approach, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing.
  • Perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers, and allied health professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans.

Our service delivery outcomes are measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), not billable hours. We prioritize a genuine person-centered focus and goal setting.
