About the Opportunity

We are very excited that the Encara family is growing and we have a community role available for an Occupational Therapist in Melbourne, VIC. Casual, part time or contractor roles available working with NDIS, Home Care Package and DVA in the community.

The duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support Encara to deliver required clinical services to community clients.
  • Complete documentation and reporting as per individual client requirements.
  • Case conferencing/ multidisciplinary reviews and case discussions.
  • Achievable caseload with reasonable KPI's.

The successful candidate will be ready to understand the funding streams, create valuable relationships, have a pragmatic approach to managing a busy caseload and utilise their skills in the NDIS, Community and Aged care space. Most importantly, someone who is ready to help our clients achieve great results.
