The Role:
This role will be responsible for the receiving, sorting, preparing and transport of specimens for analysis; assisting with the registration of pathology requests into the laboratory information system; performing laboratory investigations and general laboratory duties as directed by senior staff.
This role is a Permanent Full Time position that involves working a rotating roster that includes morning, afternoon, overnight, weekend and public holiday shifts.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Certificate or Diploma in laboratory techniques or similar
- Experience and good working knowledge of Pathology LIMS
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Must have the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
