We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Legal Support function in Perth on a full-time basis.
This role role will provide high quality administrative legal support to partners and legal practitioners across the Firm as required, offering the ability to gain exposure to a wide variety of practice groups, clients and stakeholders.
The role will be well suited to an experienced Legal Assistant or Secretary who is capable of working both autonomously and in a team, with excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
File management and preparation of standard documents
Matter opening
Managing calendars and appointments
Conducting property searches
High volume billing, time coding and reporting
Assisting with events and business development activities
Required skills and personal attributes:
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proactive and capable of working autonomously
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance related software
Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients
