Administration Assistant - Avoca Ward Clerk

Permanent Part Time - 48 hours per fortnight

As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and outstanding administration support on an ongoing basis.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

_ Essential_

Qualifications:

  • Qualification and/or experience in Administration desirable.

Technical/Professional Knowledge and skills

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to utilise a range of different software including but not limited to; Microsoft Office, i.
Patient Manager (iPM) and Visage.

  • Demonstrated excellent phone technique and customer service focus.
  • Ability to demonstrate highly developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to screen and attend to confidential and sensitive enquiries.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

  • Enthusiastic, committed and motivated approach with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
