Corporate Concierge - Sydney CBD

Responsibilities:

  • Reception
  • Meeting and greeting of all clients and their visitors
  • Customer /Client services responding to extremely varied client requests and resolving problems.
  • Coordination of client meetings and the management of the meeting rooms, arranging and the setting up of catering and audiovisual equipment
  • Overseeing the daytoday activities of reception
  • Facilities management and community services
  • Answering clients incoming calls on a busy, fully computerised console
  • Managed online bookings for our Allied Health clients

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • 5 years working experience as a corporate front of house or within a 5 star hospitality front of house.
  • Professional with the maturity to be able to think on your feet
  • Strong computer skills with a minimum of intermediate in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Goal orientated and enjoy constantly learning and growing
  • Enjoy being part of a team, and being an excellent support
