Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
  • Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to meet the Sonny's standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised front of house area
  • Engage in positive interactions with customers to enhance their experience

Requirements:

  • Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable making conversation with customers
  • Previous experience in coffee preparation (preferred)
  • Availability for approximately 20 hours per week
