Provide technical support on PQ product line and system solutions to the sales & bid teams, project and product managers.

- Provide engineering interface with Eaton overseas factories on PQ product issues and system solutions. - Prepare production package include BOM and drawings for local manufatcuring. - Provide engineering interface with Eaton outsource partners / contractors for local manufacturing. - Prepared or modify technical documentation and drawing for submission to the customer for sign off and manufacture. An eye for detail and accuracy with numbers are also primary. - Coordinate and supervise factory acceptance tesst

Qualifications:

Computer Literacy is essential, particularly with M/S Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Autocad. - Technical experience with knowledge of critical power products and systems.

- Experience in the electrical industry dealing with a combination of UPS, DC power, battery systems, low / medium voltage electrical and mechanical engineering (5 or more years' experience preferred however will consider exceptional new talent with less).

- Electrical / Mechanical engineering tertiary qualification essential. - A good working knowledge of Australian Standards and industry practices. - Understanding of the manufacturing processes from sales order to product delivery. - Strong communication, (written and verbal), together with negotiation and analytical skills. - Demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines, be proficient in time management and the ability to priorities work load. - Be able to work in a team environment. - Learning agility & Strong customer focus
