**What you’ll do**:

- Review and prepare the AutoCAD drawings required for project technical package submission
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates, site visits for inspection
- Review requirement and prepare the quotes including attending meetings, coordination with Project Management staff, assisting with the pricing of variations on quotes
- Review and Update drawings for AS BUILT document submission
- Assist Project Manager in completing the technical document package preparation and submission
- Assist Project Manager in managing the document package transmittal and document control
- Liaise with service team, civil contractors and electrical contractors on the installation, commissioning and testing works schedule and coordination
- Manage and perform data transaction required in SAP to manage the project module and contract module for ANZ PMO and EISS business
- Ensure the company and project related Quality Assurance objectives are met.
- Ensure all the activities of the project team comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
- Throughout project life cycle, identify and assess all risk factors utilizing available risk measurement tools and identify and implement suitable mitigation activities
- Duties and tasks are not limited to those listed above. Any reasonable request or lawful direction from manager/supervisor should be obeyed

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering degree
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in managing or coordinating the project management or delivery
- Good communication (written and verbal), together with negotiation and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines, be proficient in time management and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Computer Literacy is essential, particularly with O365: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Familiar with SharePoint, OneDrive
