This 'Innovation Hub' will pioneer new, experimental mobile games in the casual genre, acting as a startup within the wider Tripledot Studios environment, you'll be part of creating a hotbed for new, innovative casual mobile games.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate
Lead Product Manager to lead our
Innovation team based in central
Melbourne.
As the
Lead Product Manager for our
Innovation Hub, you'll take the helm of our Melbourne team, guiding the development of unique, fresh, and engaging games.
This role is a blend of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decisions.
You'll work alongside our Chief Product Officer, and a small and multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your collective expertise and leadership will truly shine.
The innovation hub will work in close collaboration with other locations and studios in order to build a healthy pipeline of new and exciting games to the market, which you'll take through to soft launch.
Key Responsibilities:

Build Great Games, Fast:Steer the course for our new, experimental games in the casual mobile space. Your vision will directly shape our innovation hub's game portfolio.

Drive Product Roadmaps:Utilize real-time data, industry trends, and player feedback to craft product roadmaps. Your decisions will see games from conception to market release.

Third-Party Collaboration: A critical part of this role is to partner strategically with external studios, using your expertise to facilitate their journey to game development triumph.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration:You'll work alongside Art and Development teams, UA, Monetization, and Data Science teams, ensuring alignment on our shared vision. You'll also work directly with our Chief Product Officer based in Melbourne.

Data-Informed Decision Making: Leverage analytics and insights from existing Tripledot games to inform your choices, leading to the creation of engaging, intuitive, and accessible gaming experiences in our upcoming projects.

Team Leadership: Oversee and inspire a small team of highly talented individuals, fostering a sense of autonomy and a start-up environment spirit.

Cultivate Tripledot Culture:Uphold and spread the company's values, ensuring our Melbourne hub is as much a part of the Tripledot family as any of our other locations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

Leadership Experience:Proven track record in a Product Director or Lead Product Manager role, able to lead internal and external teams. Proven experience of delivering high quality, successful games.

Industry Savvy: In depth knowledge and understanding of F2P games in the mobile casual puzzle space.

Data-driven Mindset: Proficiency in a data language, data visualization tools, and a knack for making data-informed decisions.

Game Design Acumen: A solid understanding of game design and the ability to translate that knowledge into product strategy and features.

Agility: Comfort with a start-up environment and the flexibility to dive into different areas of game development (Unity, QA, Design, Level Design) as required.

Player-centric Approach: Ability to comprehend player journeys, utilise KPIs to understand user behaviour and make player-centric decisions.
