ABOUT THE ROLE
***
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:***- Collaborate with the Data and Project Lead in designing and building Microsoft Project for the Web

  • Coordinate for Microsoft Project Online architecture and custom fields for a directoratewide project management solution
  • Creating custom templates, building custom team views, building PCC portfolio views, and incorporating risk and issue reporting
  • Developing quick reference guides, process and procedure documents and training for users and administrators of the system
  • Responsible for building the architecture, templates, documentation, and training for the solution
  • Implementing the Business Unit Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement to ensure quality outcomes are achieved

CHALLANGES:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high levels of engagement with project objectives and reporting on deliverables
  • Developing practical solutions to policy/project issues within short timeframes and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Consulting with the Portfolio Reform Manager on sensitive, highrisk, or business critical matters to agree decisions on suitable courses of action

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Double vaccination certificate
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role
