SAP HCM Project Manager

This position offers long-term growth opportunities and a continuous flow of various exciting projects to enhance your career. Located in Sydney, this role can be a significant advancement to leverage your robust delivery background or the perfect fit you've been seeking.

You will oversee a range of projects at different stages and will be assigned new projects as they arise. With substantial support, flexible work arrangements, and a rapidly expanding company, you are poised for success. Initially, there is a specific project earmarked for you.

Duties

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Plan, monitor, and report on projects
  • Engage and motivate the project delivery team
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and timelines

Skills & experience

  • Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience with relevant certifications
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end HRIS implementation, preferably SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors projects
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in diverse environments, make decisive decisions, and adapt to change and competing demands
