What You'll do


As the Customer Support Specialist, you'll facilitate the transition to home electrification and promote energy efficiency among both industry stakeholders and individual households.

This involves providing education, guidance, and practical assistance to help consumers make informed energy decisions and reduce energy costs.

  • You can flex your communication style to respond to many different types of people.
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer problems effectively
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customer concerns
  • Maintain clean and updated data in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs consistently
  • Utilise customer support experience across email, chat, or phone interactions, both inbound and outbound

What You'll Bring


To succeed in this role, you'll be able to engage effectively with our customers and address their enquiries promptly and professionally.


You'll also have the following:

  • Customer Support experience is essential. Proficiency in providing customer support via email, chat, or phone, both inbound and outbound.
  • You'll bring your strong communication skills, which are crucial. This includes verbal and written communication, as well as active listening.
  • You're a problem solver You have the capability in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • You are empathetic and understanding. You empathise with customers and understand their perspectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems and maintaining clean and updated data.
  • You are adaptable and flexible, with a readiness to handle various customer inquiries and adapt to different situations.
  • You have the ability to work towards targets and you meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs consistently.
Your attention detail is second to none. You always ensure accurate and thorough recording of information and data.

  • Ability to stay calm and patient, especially when handling challenging situations or complaints.
  • Knowledge in home electrification is highly advantageous. If you have knowledge of options and benefits to provide informed support to customers, you'll be ahead
