Luxury Escapes is an in-person company, with 4 days in the office, and 1-day WFH.

About the role As a QA Manager at Luxury Escapes, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform as it evolves.

You will build and lead a small, highly technical QA team responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end automated test suites.

Working closely with product teams, you will champion quality assurance best practices and contribute to the overall QA strategy across the organization.


What you'll do:
Design and implement department-wide strategy for automation testing.
Own our automated end-to-end test suites (we're using Cypress, Jest, and Circle CI).
Design robust test plans for major releases, and collaborate with teams to execute them.

Identify shortcomings in our automated testing process, and work to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA at Luxury Escapes.

Hands-on coding, writing automation scripts.
Hire and manage additional Quality Assurance Engineers.
